This week, I would like to take a look at your own life and the decisions that you have to make on maybe a daily basis. What ethical decisions are we faced with, in school, at home, around the community, etc?
Choose two of these situations. For each, explain the situation, the ethical dilemma, your reasoning, and what you ultimately decided.
Due by March 18, at 11:59pm.

situation 1- Engaging in relations with the females: An ethical problem which is present in our community is whether or not a man should talk to the opposite sex... And by talk I mean more than talk. Personally, I do not engage in such relations because I have been taught that it is unethical by my parents, and that it ruins families, especially in the Arab world.
Situation 2- Stealing from the baqala Needless to say, the baqala is a Pretty easy place to steal from. It simply comes down to the question of , do you have the heart to do it? In reality I keep myself from stealing by recognizing that by stealing from the baqala, I am stealing a mans livelihood, his children's livelihood, and that is very unethical to do.

Situation 1- Defending others against bullies: I personally see this everyday in school. There is not a day that goes by where a classmate is not bullied. It is obviously not ethical to do so. But do people still do it? Yes! Should they do it? No! I try my best to stop bullying as soon as I see it. But you can basically see that I can't save everyone.
Situation 2- Stealing money from my mum's purse: Yes...I used to steal money from my mum's purse sometimes. It's totally not ethical, as it is not my money, it's my mum's money. It was honestly pretty easy to steal the money, she never caught me. I shouldn't have done it, but thankfully I grew up not into not doing it anymore.

Situation 1 - Disrespecting teachers
Everyday in our school i see students offending teachers whether its by not doing the work that have been assigned by the teachers such as home-works, internal assessments etc. or by actually not paying attention in class by playing through the phone in class! more over, some students actually treat teachers like their maids they swear and use inappropriate language. this is extremely unethical teachers should be treated like our parents. ever now and then i try to spread awareness about this problem.
Situation 2 - flirting
In Kuwait in the gulf road there are a lot of men and teens who like to flirt with women or ladies and flirt with them by doing stupid stuff like dancing or sometimes touching them. this extremely unethical in our society and religion yet people do it. but we can't stop it its everywhere.

Situation 1- swearing
Many people today swear a lot, be it in school, work, or being out with friends. This is not a moral thing to do and should be avoided and not socially acceptable or required. evrry now and then I try make other people aware of that.
Situation 2- bullying
Many people in school bully and make fun of others for their own amusement. This is obviously a very wrong thing to do as it hinders the victim and makes social relations in general worse. I avoid doing this act and whenever I see this I try to put a stop to it.

Situation 1:- Women… Should we talk to them? Ethics and Islam tells us that we shouldn't talk with them about anything other than "professional talk". However, I have grown up in a way that makes me more accept ice and open to the opposite sex. Personally, I still talk to them, but I set limits to our conversations.
Situation 2:- Fights… The way I was brought up and raised up, my gut would immediately tell me to break up the fight and solve the situation objectively. However, in real life, I shall always be subjective, and it's natural to chose a side.

Situation 1: Smoking Many people these days smoke and they think that they are harming themselves only, while in fact they are harming everyone else and it should cut off.
Situation 2: Flirting Flirting is a habit in kuwait that should stop as quick as possible because it is against our morales and ethics.
