Korea 1. What was the source of conflict/dispute? The political party that will take control of Korea 2. Who were the major players? USA and USSR 3. What did each side want to achieve? political and economical influence in the country 4. What occurred? The two parties split in the middle with Korea being divided up into two separate countries 5. What were the results and lasting impacts of the conflict (what did it mean for the Cold War)? This conflict allowed Russia and USA to have influence in eastern Europe, really important for USA
Cuba 1. Communism's impact in Cuba 2. USA and USSR 3. To deter the other's impact in their respective regions 4. Russia took away their missiles from Cuba and USA took their missiles from Turkey 5. The USSR were able to deter the missile that was dangerously close to them with the crisis and USA had a disappointing and humiliating fight with Cuba

Korea:
1) the source of the dispute was about which of the two governments would take control over Korea
2) USA, USSR, China arguably
3) USSR wanted to expand, USA didn't want the USSR to expand and impede their power
4)after the war Korea separated along the 38th parallel
5) this war paved the way for other proxy wars, allowing both to expand
Vietnam:
1) the source of the conflict was that the USSR's impact was too strong
2) USA and USSR
3) the USSR wanted to control that region while the U.S. Didn't want the USSR to have control of the region and if possible, the U.S. Would control Vietnam
4) other than the war, the only significant thing that happened was they the U.S. wasn't successful in removing the USSR
5) the USSR gained control of Vietnam
