Marshall Plan While you don't need to read the entire speech (you can skim it instead), I would like you to take a look the the Marshall Plan speech and examine the goals of Truman, Marshall, and the United States in Europe. Explain these goals of the Marshall Plan and how they are later going to affect Europe and relations with the USSR, in a paragraph below. Please use examples of The Marshall Plan from our discussions and video as well. www.oecd.org/fr/general/themarshallplanspeechatharvarduniversity5june1947.htmDue by Wed, Feb 11, 2015 at 11:59pm.

The Marshal plan, a plan that was made from general Marshal during the beginning of the Cold War. The plan was to make the economies of Europe rise again to pay the US it's money back, but the real reason of the plan is to stop the spread of Bolshevism and to stop the USSR from spreading. The goals of the plan were pretty obvious, to have European countries rise to pay back the money they took from the US, to stop the spread of Bolshevism, and to stop the USSR from spreading more and more. These plans were made very efficiently, but they made a lot of tensions between the US and the USSR, spies were at all agencies for both sides, the making of atomic bombs for both sides and trying to buy the world to stop the other to rise. The Cold War was very dirty it caused a lot of trouble to both sides, but at the end the USSR fell with the US owing the world more money than the world owe the US.
